Despite the fact that for nearly two weeks the price of mushroom in most regions of Ukraine is held at a high level, the price of oyster in most regions of the country remains at the same level. Moreover, given that the production volumes of mushroom at the moment are not great and the demand for it exceeds supply, even the small amount of oyster, which is currently produced in the country, remains unclaimed.
However, oyster producers are approaching the autumn according to the custom start laying the substrates, for the most part still in thought about whether to continue to engage in the production of this fungus, given that the price for it every year becomes less as well as volumes its consumption.
So, to date, the producers of the Kiev region oyster donate their products to wholesale of 12,0-14,0 UAH / kg. In the region’s supermarkets mushroom in particularly small amounts (up to 200 kg / week.) Gets, at best, at a price 16.0 UAH / kg.
A similar pattern is observed and in other areas. In the East, the cost of oyster with its sale to wholesale ranges from 8.0-9.0 UAH / kg, up to 10,0-12,0 UAH / kg. In the region’s supermarkets fungus gets on 13,0-14,0 UAH / kg.
In the Central region, the cost of oyster slightly above the average. In Dnepropetrovsk, it falls on the wholesale price for 13,0-14,0 UAH / kg.
In southern Ukraine, the situation is also slightly better, but still – far from ideal. In Kherson the average price of oyster mushrooms from the manufacturer of the cash held within 16.0 UAH / kg.About her with such a cost is the same, and in Odessa – 16,0-16,5 UAH / kg in supermarkets, about 13,0-15,0 UAH / kg for wholesale buyers. In Kiev fungus is worth about 12.0 UAH / kg to wholesalers and 14,0-15,0 UAH / kg for the segment of supermarkets. In the Crimea, in the meantime, local producers of oyster manages to get the most 12,0-13,0 UAH / kg.
