The owner of the enterprise Victor Perederiy from the beginning of oyster production activities, which began in 2012, set out to find alternatives for the use of mushrooms. Despite the fact that sales of fresh oyster mushrooms in the company doing well, the existence of the possibility to process the mushrooms, in the opinion of the director, is to give the ability to hold a stable price and high quality mushrooms for the fresh market.
One of the search results was the launch of the mushroom powder made by special technology, which emphasizes the softness of the oyster flavor. The company offers buyers Mushroom powder used as a seasoning in the preparation of the first and second courses, baking.
“Oyster mushrooms, like other mushrooms grown in the room (not in the woods), do not have a pronounced mushroom flavor.
